By accessing nautibutler.com or purchasing from The Nauti Butler, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Products & orders

We describe our floating koozies as accurately as possible. Colors and images may vary slightly by screen or production batch. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders affected by pricing or stock errors (with notice when possible).

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping are calculated where applicable. Payment must be received before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed in writing for wholesale accounts.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law. International orders may be subject to customs duties paid by the recipient.

Returns & refunds

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order reference. Approved returns may be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Custom or co-branded orders may not be returnable unless defective.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, text, images, and designs — is owned by The Nauti Butler or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without written permission. Custom artwork you supply remains your responsibility; you grant us a license to use it for fulfilling your order.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nauti Butler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
